MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Kristen Magni is a movement educator, leadership coach, and founder of SpicyFlex. She believes our greatest transformations happen when we step just beyond what feels familiar. A lifelong lover of movement, Kristen's journey has been shaped by dance, acrobatics, hand balancing, and partner movement.
She helps people discover that strength isn't about force. It's about connection, awareness, and learning to trust themselves and each other. Whether you're stepping into your first Flight or expanding an existing practice, Kristen is passionate about creating an experience where students feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore what becomes possible when we move together.
