Relational intelligence is not a luxury ~ it’s a necessity
We believe that everyone deserves access to wellness and new ways to connect and play—regardless of income, background, or experience level. Our mission is to remove barriers and create meaningful, high-quality experiences that support health, joy, and connection through movement.
The Kama Flight Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to making partner wellness more accessible, inclusive, and sustainable. Through dynamic movement-based classes and strategic community partnerships, we use the power of physical and mental wellbeing to uplift lives—while keeping costs low and impact high.
Whether you're flowing in a class, supporting as a partner, or spreading the word, you're helping us build a more inclusive wellness world—one breath, one stretch, one shared moment at a time.
How We Fund Our Work
We work to offer excellence in programming while keeping costs accessible.

Every class you take directly supports the community. Proceeds from our classes allow us to offer no-cost or low ticket prices for our Women's Workshops; .

Gifting Class Experiences
Revenue from class sales also helps us provide no-cost or affordable wellness experiences to partner organizations, such as DAYBREAKER, STEMnoire, and other local community gatherings; ensuring our offerings remain accessible to more people.

Providing Teacher Training Scholarships
Your participation contributes to a self-sustaining ecosystem where wellness supports wellness. Contributions allow us to offer Teacher Training Scholarships each year ~ so more heart-centered leaders can bring Kama Flight to their community.
