1-hr format for intermediate level Kama Flight ~ perfect for those who have already attended a Workshop. Instructors will teach a structured flow (5-7 Kama Flight moves); each class offers a new flow so you can keep your practice fresh.
Jams
1 to 3-hr gatherings for all levels of Kama Flight. No formal instruction will take place. This is a time for community connection, enjoying light food, beverages, and open Kama Flight play with new partners, or 1:1 Instructor support.
