MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: From school teacher to yoga instructor, Chris Bonilla is a provocateur of transformation. Since traveling to Costa Rica in 2018 to study the essence of yoga, "Boni" has been teaching practical techniques for mental, physical, and spiritual attunement with a primary focus on embodiment practices. He is an early adopter of the Kama Flight practice training over 200 hours under creator, Roland Peralta. He aims to bring us closer to our breaths, hearts, and the spirit of play.

Each Private Session Includes:
- Step-by-step instruction for you and a partner of 20+ foundational moves
- 30-minute warm up and 1.5 hour class
- Luxury table and cover are provided
- By the end of the class, you and your partner will know how to Kama Flight
